THE

The Networking League is a Hyrox based fitness race designed to bring people together through shared challenge, community and connection. Anyone can sign up as a team of 2 (Doubles) and as a team of 4 (Corporate Relay-Style).

Anyone over the age of 18.  All fitness levels are welcome.

There are 2 categories to choose from: • Doubles - team of 2 with two divisions to choose from - Open and Pro.  • Corporate Relay - team of 4 with one division Open.  Both Doubles and Corporate Relays can be made up of same sex and mixed teams.

Team complete 8 x runs and the following 8 x stations • 1000m Ski • 50m Sled Push  • 50m Sled Pull • 80m Burpee Broad Jump • 1000m Row • 200m Farmers Carry • 100m Sandbag Lunges • 100 Wall Balls Doubles - each pair will complete all the runs together and split all the stations together.  Corporate Relay - each team member will complete 2 runs and 2 stations of their choice in a relay style workout.

The Networking League is suitable for all fitness levels and individuals can take the time they need to complete it - there is no time cap. The event is not only focused on athletic performance but also on community and connection.

Absolutely! We suggest getting some running in before the event. We will also be offering exclusive training programs prior to the event, together with training tips and demo videos.

The race format takes around 70 to 100 minutes per team, including warm-up, race, and cool down. The full event day includes networking zones, brand activations, and happy hour!

Simulations are a taster of the actual event happening across different gyms. Expect a workout with the movements mentioned above, freebies from partner brands and fun !

Standard gym clothing and trainers. We provide all equipment and hydration stations. Teams can also wear branded gear if they want to stand out.

Yes there will be a designated warm-up area.

Yes! We will be offering exclusive training programs prior to the event, together with training tips and demo videos. We can also arrange a corporate pop-up training session for your company as an optional add-on.

No refunds are given. Teams may transfer their slot to another company or change team members anytime, at no extra cost.

Yes, spectators are welcome to attend the event and tickets are free !
